Van den Berg Hardhout sees it as its duty to give their customers sound advice about the manner in which the wood functions in the application. Due to the increased diversity of wood types this advisory role has become an increasingly important part of our work. FSC certification has led to the harvesting of wood species which were not or hardly harvested before. This leads to an optimal use of forests without depleting them. Since we have ample experience in developing unknown wood species, we are happy to play an important role in this.
